The Ramgarh Govt. Degree College, a unique educational institution, is situated at the heart of Ramgarh Upazila in the district of Khagrachari. Formerly Ramgarh was one of the oldest subdivisions of the British India. The college was established on the 1st January, 1980 on six acres of land. It’s landscape beauty is very charming. It was nationalized on the 27th September, 1992. Since it’s establishment the College has been playing a dominant role in imparting education among the Bangali and the tribal students who come of the poverty stricken and backward people of this hilly region.
